Artist unknown (Artist's name appears to be Sony Tifafa David, but writing is unclear).  Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  This piece was made by Haitian recycler artists at the time of the 1994 US-led invasion of Haiti in which Aristide was returned to power.
Mixed media (recycled plastic bottles, aluminum, steel, paint, etc.) with vintage dust included.
