I will be away from the gallery from July 28th to August 27th.  The website is receiving orders as usual, and I should be able to respond to inquiries within a few days, but orders will not be shipped before August 28th.

The Indigo Arts website has remained active over the last year despite the widespread shutdowns due to the COVID-19 virus.   I have been able to resume regular operations.  I am able to pack and ship most orders within a few days.   Shipping times have increased during this period.  The gallery is open to visitors on an appointment only basis.   Please phone or email ahead.

Note:  USPS service remains very  slow.   I don't recommend it if you are in a hurry.   Parcels sent by 2 or 3 Day Priority Mail may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.  Pleae note also that USPS shipping estimates include little or no insurance, which we must charge separately.
Please stay safe!

Haiti

Indigo Arts Gallery celebrates the artistic genius and the indomitable spirit of the Haitian people, with a continually changing collection of Haitian paintings, masks, vodou flags, and sculpture.

I fell in love with the art and people of Haiti on our first visit thirty-seven years ago. While our focus is on artists actively working today, we also have a stock of paintings from the 50's through the 90's that we have collected in Haiti over the years or acquired from estates and collections.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE ARTS OF HAITI

Indigo Arts has exhibited the arts of Haiti since 1987.
