Artist unknown.  This piece was made by Haitian recycler artists at the time of the 1994 US-led invasion of Haiti in which Aristide was returned to power.
Mixed media (recycled plastic bottles, plastic soldiers, aluminum, steel, fabric, paint, etc.) with vintage dust included.
