Unfortunately we do not have any biographical information for this artist, except that he became associated with the Centre d'Art in Port-au-Prince, in the late 1960's (Island on Fire: Passionate Visions of Haiti from the Collection of Jonathan Demme, Jonathan Demme, Edwidge Danticat, Pebo Voss, Aboudja, Kaliko Press, Nyack, NY, 1997.).
Our painting was featured in the book Island on Fire: Passionate Visions of Haiti from the Collection of Jonathan Demme.
